At Way Out Photography, every print and product is made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Read below for details on our fine art print return policy.

Returns & Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items Only

We accept returns exclusively in cases where:

  • The product arrives damaged during shipping
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is incorrect (wrong size, wrong image, wrong finish)

Non-Returnable Items

Because all pieces are custom-made, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or mounting option
  • Items that were delivered correctly and undamaged

All sales are final unless the product is defective.

How to Request a Replacement

If your item is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Your name and order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the damage or defect
  4. Photos of the packaging (if damaged during transit)

Resolution

Once we receive your request and verify the defect, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost OR
  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

We will let you know which applies based on product type and availability.

Return Shipping

If a physical return is required:

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
  • Returns must be sent back within 14 days of approval

We do not reimburse shipping costs for items returned without prior approval.
