Hi, I’m Kara, a landscape photographer based in beautiful Idaho.

I’m passionate about capturing the quiet power and vast beauty of the natural world—starting with the forests, mountains, and skies of my home state. Whether it’s the stillness of an alpine lake or the drama of a desert sunset, I aim to document the real moment, not reinvent it. My editing is intentionally minimal so the images remain as true to nature as the moment I clicked the shutter.

While Idaho is my base and muse, I also enjoy traveling to new places—seeking out unique landscapes and hidden vistas that deserve to be seen and preserved.
